Currently, Hai Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Front of House Manager to join its expanding team. This pivotal position plays a key role in ensuring stellar guest experiences by effectively managing the front of house operations. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, the Front of House Manager will work collaboratively to uphold the company’s high standards of customer service and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring prior management experience in a busy, full-service restaurant environment and possess excellent skills in food and beverage knowledge, P&L reporting, and inventory management.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires availability during evening and weekend hours, reflecting the operational needs of a high-volume restaurant setting. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for directing and motivating the dining room staff, ensuring seamless service flow, and upholding health and safety standards while creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
