The role of Restaurant Manager at Wendy's is pivotal in driving the success of each store location. This position entails the responsibility of managing the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant with the support of a District Manager. As a Restaurant Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance, ensuring that all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems are executed effectively. A key part of this role is identifying top talent and placing the right people in the right positions through strategic scheduling. You will be accountable for meeting store sales goals and maximizing profitability by participating in marketing programs, analyzing store performance data including sales, food cost, and customer feedback, and implementing action plans to resolve challenges and improve outcomes. Your leadership will extend to coaching assistant general managers, shift managers, team trainers, and crew members, ensuring compliance with food safety procedures and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You will conduct regular meetings to communicate priorities, manage staffing by recruiting, developing, recognizing, and retaining talent, and provide timely and quality performance feedback.   • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
  • Must have general knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Ability to quickly become knowledgeable about and able to train others in Wendy's systems
  • Ability to work concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment that may involve noise and hot or cold temperatures or other elements
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as necessary reaching pushing pulling bending kneeling and stooping is required
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and giving sound advice and direction
  • Must be able to take direction give direction work well in a team environment and have strong customer orientation focus
  • Must exhibit professionalism composure and discretion when expediting or resolving all customer related concerns and issues
