The Housekeeper role is a critical position within our hotel operations. As the face of hospitality to our guests, housekeepers are entrusted with upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms. This role goes beyond routine cleaning tasks to include preventative maintenance duties such as deep cleaning, changing air conditioning filters, and minor touch-up activities to maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of rooms and common areas. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for creating inviting, clean, and well-maintained environments. The housekeeper ensures that each room reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. The ability to promptly respond to guest requests while demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor is essential. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with the rest of our hospitality team.
