The role involves direct interaction with guests and members of the field operations team, making excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential. Crew Members are responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and processing payments with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. They prepare and package food and beverage orders, making sure each item meets BURGER KING's quality standards. Maintaining a clean and safe environment is a critical part of the daily routine, including duties such as cleaning the dining area, restrooms, and restaurant exterior. Additionally, the role requires assisting with inventory management by unloading and stocking supplies as needed.
