This full-time role caters to individuals available to work mid-morning through afternoon shifts. The Team Member position is an essential part of the restaurant operations, responsible for providing exceptional guest service while collaborating closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain high operational standards and procedures. This role reports directly to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators. The Team Member regularly interacts with guests and engages with the field operations team, playing a vital role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to upholding Burger King's standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly with a smile, accurately taking orders, processing payments promptly, and preparing and packaging food and drink products following food safety protocols. Employees are expected to maintain cleanliness at all times throughout the dining room, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant. Maintaining health and safety standards in all work areas is crucial to creating a safe environment for both guests and staff. The Team Member may also assist in unloading and stocking inventory items as necessary, contributing to the smooth operation of daily restaurant activities. In addition to operational duties, the Team Member is expected to demonstrate consistent punctuality and dependability for all assigned shifts. Adherence to Burger King’s uniform and grooming standards and company policies is essential to maintain the professional image of the brand.
