This role also involves taking on management responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant General Manager or General Manager, highlighting the importance of leadership and accountability in this position. Key duties include overseeing the preparation and serving of products according to strict quality and safety guidelines, maintaining impeccable store cleanliness, managing cash transactions, and implementing promotions and marketing initiatives effectively.
