The Concierge plays a vital role in maintaining the community’s high standards by offering outstanding guest services and fostering positive interactions among residents and staff. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, offering a flexible work schedule that includes weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. The starting salary is competitive, beginning at $16.50 per hour and varying based on experience, with the part-time option offering a higher starting pay at $19.00 per hour. The role requires an individual who excels at multitasking, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a solid understanding of hospitality practices. Moreover, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in local area services, enhancing their ability to provide comprehensive information and assistance to residents. This job is based on-site, requiring reliable commuting or planned relocation before starting work. The Concierge’s responsibilities include professionally handling inquiries, efficiently resolving problems, and responding appropriately to complaints from residents in order to maintain a flawless reputation for the community. With at least one year of experience in customer service, phone etiquette, and time management being mandatory, candidates with prior Concierge experience will find themselves at a distinct advantage.
