We are currently seeking a top-performing Front Office Manager to lead and oversee all essential functions of the Front Desk operation. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the front office team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising front desk associates to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Front Office Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to implement service standards, maximize operational efficiency, and control costs across front office areas.
This position is a critical stepping stone in the hospitality career path, offering substantial growth opportunities within the Hilton Garden Inn Shreveport and the larger Hilton organization. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining appropriate service standards for front office operations, managing guest issue resolution, maintaining cash accountability, controlling gift shop inventories, optimizing payroll management, and fostering a motivated team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for superior guest service, possess prior front office supervisory or management experience in the hotel industry, and bring a strong track record of team leadership and operational execution.
