Whether managing the Heart of House, Bar, or Hospitality department, Department Managers at World Wide Wings are entrusted with significant responsibilities, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of team members. They create schedules within labor budgets, ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations, and manage inventory to control costs.
