We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our kitchen staff. The Line Cook role is essential in preparing food to the exact specifications of the Executive and Sous Chefs. This position requires someone with proven cooking experience who can execute various cooking methods with accuracy and speed while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. Line Cooks will be responsible for setting up and stocking their stations, preparing food for service, cooking menu items collaboratively with other kitchen team members, and ensuring that all dishes are served simultaneously and in a timely fashion. Additionally, responsibilities include cleaning workstations, managing leftover food, and complying with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations. A positive and professional attitude when interacting with coworkers and customers is a must.
