The current opportunity is for the role of a Porter at Towne Park. This position involves ensuring the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the parking garage and common areas, alongside offering exceptional hospitality services to all guests throughout their stay. The role contributes directly to a positive customer experience by maintaining sanitary conditions, managing waste receptacles, and responding to various customer-related needs including lock-outs, flat tires, battery jumps, snow removal, landscaping, and lost vehicle assistance. The Porter works Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2 pm, with an hourly base pay ranging from $18 to $23 depending on location, skills, and experience. The role is full time or part time, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This role requires attention to detail and dedication to quality service. Responsibilities include regular cleaning and maintenance of guest entrances, elevators, signage, equipment, and parking areas. Use of cleaning tools such as mops and power washers to eliminate stains and litter from the premises is routine. Additionally, seasonal landscaping duties and snow removal are part of the role, ensuring safe and welcoming access for guests. The Porter also serves as a helpful resource, assisting guests with directions and answering inquiries about the local area. • high school diploma or GED preferred
• one to three months related experience or training without diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
