We are currently seeking a dedicated and capable Assistant Manager to join our team. This position is a hands-on leadership role, essential for managing day-to-day operations under the guidance of the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff and guest service during shifts, while actively participating in the financial management of the restaurant. This role is critical to the overall success and growth of our business, especially as we aim to cultivate leaders who can eventually transition into General Manager roles. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year of full-service restaurant or bar management experience at the Assistant Manager level or equivalent. This is a floor manager role, emphasizing leadership by example and direct guest engagement rather than administrative or office tasks. Responsibilities include training team members, supervising service during shifts, and maintaining constant guest interaction to ensure an excellent experience for all patrons.
