The General Manager role at InTown Suites is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an individual hotel property. This full-time position requires a hands-on approach to managing the property's financial performance, physical condition, and work atmosphere. The General Manager is entrusted with ensuring that the property maintains a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees alike. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting property staff to uphold high service standards and operational excellence.
Financial management is another key responsibility, including maximizing revenue through effective pricing and cost control strategies, budget preparation, and diligent profit and loss analysis.
