The role of Hotel General Manager at LivAway Suites is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, energetic, and goal-driven professional with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in this field. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience. The General Manager will provide hands-on leadership to a team, ensuring operational success and excellent guest satisfaction. Key aspects of the role include recruiting, training, and motivating a team of 6 to 12 staff members, upholding brand standards, and maintaining the property’s high cleanliness and service standards. The manager will also oversee daily operations, including budgeting, controlling labor costs, managing occupancy and profit and loss statements.
