The Sales Manager position plays a critical role within the hotel’s commercial team, directly contributing to the achievement of revenue targets and market expansion goals. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will focus on customer acquisition, account retention, and strategic promotion of the property. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can manage diverse sales segments such as leisure travelers, business travel, group bookings, and SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal groups) markets. The Sales Manager is accountable for delivering measurable sales results through effective client solicitation, relationship management, and market trend analysis. As a management-level associate, candidates are expected to demonstrate flexibility with their work hours to meet business needs, including the possibility of overtime where applicable. This role demands excellent communication skills, sales expertise, and a strong understanding of hospitality operations, making it a key driver of the hotel’s success and profitability.
