This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and service. As a Kitchen Manager, you will supervise and lead kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers, ensuring that food preparation aligns with company recipes and portion control guidelines. Your leadership will be instrumental in training staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures, as well as coordinating seamlessly with front-of-house staff to deliver timely and accurate food service to guests.
