We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to $55,000 per year. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during your respective shifts. You will be responsible for managing a team of hourly associates, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant's operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will encompass a broad range of responsibilities including staffing, financial performance management, staff development, maintaining quality standards, customer satisfaction, sales and marketing, and effective communication with employees, vendors, customers, and corporate support staff. You will assist the management team in staffing the restaurant and managing daily operational and procedural activities to ensure compliance with company policies as well as state and federal laws. Supervising and directing a team of up to 15 hourly employees, you will ensure prompt and courteous service to guests, maintain high standards of food preparation, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation guidelines to create an attractive dining environment. Furthermore, you will support recruitment efforts by assisting in the hiring, orientation, and training of new team members. You will evaluate employee performance, recommend wage increases, and when necessary, initiate disciplinary actions or terminations. Utilizing company training tools, you will provide ongoing training to hourly employees to enhance their skills and promote operational excellence. Your role also includes maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities according to company standards and coordinating with leadership on required repairs. Additionally, you will perform administrative tasks such as managing new hire paperwork, payroll actions, inventory ordering, register audits, deposit of funds, employee scheduling, and reporting incidents. Your ability to investigate and resolve guest complaints will be key to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Staying current with company meetings, training sessions, and certifications is essential to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with senior management to plan and implement local marketing activities to promote the restaurant’s products and services. Your attention to detail will contribute to the accurate execution of accounting functions and adherence to internal audit guidelines. This role demands strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as a service-driven approach to leadership.   • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years working in a restaurant environment for external candidates
  • Good record of achieving results and above average knowledge of brand's operating procedures and standards for internal candidates
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
  • Functional understanding of profit and loss statements, costs controls, and restaurant operations
  • Successful completion of a background and drug screening
