- Must work in New Braunfels, Texas (Comal County)
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, social work, business management, logistics or related field preferred
- Four years of work experience may be substituted for degree
- 2-4+ years of experience supervising full-time paid staff including training and delegation
- Experience in warehousing and product movement a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Valid government issued driver’s license and proof of insurance
