Beyond operational oversight, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role in community engagement by developing partnerships with local organizations and law enforcement, coordinating with SAFB Grants Team for funding opportunities, and integrating community resources to enhance client impact. They are responsible for training and development within their teams, including conducting annual reviews, ensuring mission engagement, and meeting all administrative expectations. Facility management duties also fall under this role, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly with timely maintenance and repairs. • Must work in New Braunfels, Texas (Comal County)
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, social work, business management, logistics or related field preferred
• Four years of work experience may be substituted for degree
• 2-4+ years of experience supervising full-time paid staff including training and delegation
• Experience in warehousing and product movement a plus
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Valid government issued driver’s license and proof of insurance
