The company is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee and manage multiple contracted services for a key client, typically generating between $2 million and $15 million or more in revenue. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the operational success, financial performance, and client satisfaction of the services provided, which may include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and other offerings depending on the specific client needs. The General Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and guiding the contracted service operations while maintaining strong client relationships and driving service excellence. This role demands a capable operations manager who can lead a diverse team by providing both strategic oversight and hands-on management to meet and exceed operating and financial goals. The General Manager will leverage financial acumen, business savvy, and an unwavering focus on safety and compliance to optimize operational productivity. The position requires someone with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff within Aramark. Additionally, this role involves maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adhering to Aramark's standards of operation, including safety and ethical business conduct. The General Manager will also play a critical role in building and developing a high-performing management team capable of executing organizational objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By actively assessing current operations and identifying opportunities for service growth and efficiency, the General Manager will recommend resource allocation, methods, and implementation strategies that align with contractual obligations and business needs. A significant aspect of the role is managing budgets and collaborating with the Finance department to design improvements that enhance financial outcomes. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting Aramark's commitment to compensating talent fairly and competitively.
