The Food and Beverage Multi-Unit Manager II role at HMSHost is a critical leadership position, bridging operational leadership within a geographically defined zone or terminal subsection, overseeing multiple restaurant units including Chili's. This exempt managerial position involves complex responsibilities such as scheduling, staffing, training, vendor management, inventory control, financial analysis, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the team. The F&B Multi-Unit Manager II works closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Director of Operations, to align local operations with corporate goals and branding standards. The role demands flexible working hours with varied and rotating schedules to be present during all key operation periods including opening, peak, and closing hours. In addition to operational leadership, the role promotes employee engagement, talent development, and a strong safety culture aligned with federal, state, and local regulations. The manager also oversees marketing initiatives, maintenance and repair scheduling, and actively participates in waste reduction and food donation programs.
