The Guest Service Associate is primarily responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and swiftly, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. The position works on a schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, 4 PM to 2 AM, offering an hourly wage of $13.00 plus a $3.02 shift differential for overnight hours. Ideal candidates for this role possess a high school diploma or GED and hold a valid driver's license for the applicable state or a commutable distance from it. They should demonstrate knowledge of customer service principles and have excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. The Guest Service Associate has the authority to follow established operating procedures, handle guest inquiries, calculate and collect parking fees, and maintain accurate ticket and vehicle information for seamless service delivery. Physical demands include the ability to exert varying degrees of force to move objects, such as luggage, and the flexibility to work outdoors in different weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
