The role of Veterinary Receptionist at Mountainstone Veterinary Hospital is a part-time position ideal for energetic, compassionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with clients and their pets. The Veterinary Receptionist serves as the first and last impression of the hospital for clients, making this role critical in delivering excellent customer experience. Working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, the receptionist’s responsibilities encompass greeting clients warmly, managing multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and accurately recording clinical histories. They will collaborate closely with the veterinary team, ensuring smooth and efficient communication flow while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk appearance. The veterinary receptionist will also serve as a key resource for client education by providing basic information about pet foods, medications, and hospital products.
