Delaware North is currently seeking part-time Hosts to join our dynamic team at TD Garden in Boston. As a Host, you will be the welcoming face of our dining services, responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing the host station, orchestrating the seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the dining area. You will be tasked with reviewing seating charts and reservation books daily, seating guests promptly while managing wait times effectively, inspecting dining areas for cleanliness and proper setup, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally. This position also includes responsibilities such as answering the restaurant telephone during hours of operation, ensuring communication lines remain open and guests feel valued.
