The role of a Customer Advocate at Carvana is central to fulfilling the company's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Customer Advocates represent the Carvana brand by delivering memorable customer experiences, primarily through the delivery of vehicles directly to customers' doors using custom car haulers. This hands-on role encompasses both customer service and physical tasks such as loading and unloading vehicles and vehicle safety inspections. It requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. The position requires working shifts from 11 am to 9 pm with availability throughout the week, including rotated days off during weekdays and weekends. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with the potential to increase by 50 cents every three months based on performance. Candidates will receive comprehensive training, including for DMV and title system access, and will need to obtain local notary certification within their first 90 days.
