Customer Advocates represent the Carvana brand by delivering memorable customer experiences, primarily through the delivery of vehicles directly to customers' doors using custom car haulers. This hands-on role encompasses both customer service and physical tasks such as loading and unloading vehicles and vehicle safety inspections. It requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. The position requires working shifts from 11 am to 9 pm with availability throughout the week, including rotated days off during weekdays and weekends. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with the potential to increase by 50 cents every three months based on performance.
