The role of Facility Custodian at ACI Jet is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the company's facilities. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly pay rate of $19.00 to $25.00 depending on experience. The Facility Custodian reports directly to the Facilities Custodian Lead and is responsible for performing all custodial duties at the company's premises with a focus on upholding the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and facility appearance. The successful candidate will either directly perform these duties or oversee subordinate staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include daily detailed cleaning of all areas within ACI Jet’s facilities, ensuring that the environment is both safe and presentable for employees, clients, and vendors. The custodian will monitor the appearance and condition of the facilities and promptly report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring repair to the Facilities/GSE Lead. This position also involves managing inventory by requisitioning cleaning supplies and equipment needed to fulfill daily tasks. The custodian will utilize company vehicles as necessary to procure these materials. The role requires adherence to proper procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid any damage to floors or fixtures, demonstrating the company’s commitment to facility care and safety compliance. Additionally, the custodian must actively participate in ACI Jet’s Safety and Quality Management System (SQMS) to help maintain a safe work environment. The position demands flexibility as the custodian will be expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, and perform duties in all weather conditions. Overall, the role combines physical labor with organizational skills and attention to detail, making it essential for supporting ACI Jet’s operational excellence and workplace environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently, in a high stress and fast paced environment
