We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to join our team. This full-time exempt position demands a professional individual who will take charge of leading the entire on-site operation of the assigned property. The General Manager plays a critical role in managing relationships across all departments within the property to achieve company objectives efficiently. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Regional Directors and the Board of Directors to implement key projects, manage challenges, and uphold service quality for residents and stakeholders. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing property staff, scheduling, and ensuring standards of excellence in all operational facets. Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement, managing construction and maintenance projects, and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. The role also involves managing work orders, preparing monthly management reports, and maintaining communication through our information portal. Interpersonal skills are essential as the General Manager acts as a liaison between the company and residents, promptly addressing queries and issues. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 plus years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required along with certification and licensure by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM). Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are vital to effectively lead teams, make informed decisions, and uphold community standards. This position demands proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Familiarity with Florida Statutes and community governing documents is critical for ensuring compliance. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds following safety protocols, the capacity to stand, walk, and occasionally climb, and readiness to respond promptly to emergencies. Work environment conditions may vary, including exposure to wind, heat, cold, or rain. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
