The role of Ramp Operations Supervisor at FedEx is a critical position responsible for overseeing the loading and offloading of aircraft to ensure that all ramp activities are conducted safely and efficiently. As a key player within FedEx ramp facilities, the supervisor coordinates closely with other stations to manage CTV movement and flight following, which are essential for seamless aircraft turnaround and flight schedules. Educational credentials such as a high school diploma or GED are required, with preferences given to those holding bachelor's degrees or who have completed certified leadership development programs within FedEx. • High school diploma or GED
• One year experience in FedEx supervisory or lead roles or two years management experience for external candidates
• Completion of a certified internal leadership development program including AiM
• Bachelor's degree
• Twelve months general FedEx operations experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with assistance
• Must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations as per section 391
• Must complete weight and balance training if managing trunk ramp agents
