The role of Ramp Operations Supervisor at FedEx is a critical position responsible for overseeing the loading and offloading of aircraft to ensure that all ramp activities are conducted safely and efficiently. As a key player within FedEx ramp facilities, the supervisor coordinates closely with other stations to manage CTV movement and flight following, which are essential for seamless aircraft turnaround and flight schedules. This position requires a hands-on leader who not only manages but also selects, trains, and motivates hourly employees to achieve operational goals while supporting FedEx's corporate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Program (AAP) objectives.

Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory or leadership experience within FedEx or equivalent management experience externally. Educational credentials such as a high school diploma or GED are required, with preferences given to those holding bachelor's degrees or who have completed certified leadership development programs within FedEx.
