This full-time, hourly position offers a work schedule of Sunday through Wednesday with four 10-hour shifts, enabling employees to enjoy a three-day weekend every week. The hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20, with bi-weekly payments to ensure timely compensation. This role is essential to the efficient operation of delivery logistics, acting as the central point of communication and coordination for the company's delivery teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling dispatch information, responding promptly to challenges such as vehicle breakdowns or delivery delays, and maintaining communication pathways between drivers, transportation personnel, and customers.
