The Service Leader role is a dynamic opportunity designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Tasked with ensuring that high-quality, safe food is consistently prepared and served, the Service Leader plays a pivotal role in maintaining Chipotle's signature standards and customer satisfaction. This position requires being actively engaged and on their feet during working hours, emphasizing a hands-on approach to leading the front-of-house team. The Service Leader is responsible for creating an organized and efficient line, managing properly functioning equipment, and supporting food safety protocols including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
