The Membership Concierge position at Life Time provides a unique opportunity to be the welcoming face for members and guests, representing the essence of the company’s commitment to a healthy way of life. This role encompasses account maintenance, service delivery, program insights, and member engagement, making it critical to both customer satisfaction and operational success. Candidates can expect to operate as the first point of contact, offering exceptional hospitality that builds strong, positive relationships to enhance the members’ experiences. This position supports new member acquisition and ensures member retention through effective communication and dedicated service. The hourly pay for this role starts at $17.25 and can go up to $20.50, depending on experience and qualifications.
