This role is crucial as cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests, whether they enter the facility or make inquiries by phone about our restaurants, banquets, events, and golf activities. Acting as ambassadors of the establishment, cashiers play a key role in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall guest experience. In this role, cashiers are responsible for taking orders and payments, providing information, greeting guests warmly, seating them appropriately, and following up on guest service to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, some basic food preparation and cooking responsibilities may be included in the daily duties.\n\nThis position operates in a collaborative, fast-paced setting where attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a helpful attitude are essential.
