As a Membership Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests as they enter the resort. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, educating members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, and managing member account needs such as payments and service modifications. You will also be involved in problem-solving and service recovery, helping to address and resolve any member concerns effectively.
