The Sales Support Representative role at RNDC is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Sales team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in collaborating with Sales Leads and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure that customer orders are properly delivered, well-merchandised, and accurately priced. The Sales Support Representative acts as a key liaison between the company and account personnel, assisting with customer needs such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, and submitting replenishment orders. The role requires a proactive approach to building strong customer relationships and enhancing the visual presentation of products in the retail space. This position involves a combination of hands-on merchandising activities, inventory management, and customer service. Representative duties include assisting customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating attractive displays for purchased products, which helps strengthen RNDC’s relationships with its retail partners. The Sales Support Representative is responsible for ensuring pricing and descriptive signage is correctly placed on products, maintaining merchandising reports, and identifying new merchandising opportunities. The role also involves monitoring competitive activity and pricing in the market and communicating insights to supervisors to help RNDC remain competitive. Candidates for this position should be comfortable working flexible hours, which may include some nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid state driver’s license and the ability to meet the company’s vehicle insurance requirements are necessary, as the role may involve travel within the sales territory.
