As a Bartender at DRG, you will play a crucial role in building brand loyalty by delivering outstanding service and personalized attention to every guest. You will expertly prepare and serve a wide range of beverages while maintaining a clean and inviting bar environment. Working as a bartender here means blending enthusiasm, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of our beverage menu to ensure guests receive an exceptional and unique experience. The position offers a competitive wage starting at $20 per hour plus tips, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. Bartenders at DRG are expected to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism, following all company policies and the Responsible Alcohol Service Policy to ensure a safe and pleasurable environment for all patrons. Additionally, bartenders are responsible for managing inventory and keeping the bar fully stocked during shifts, maintaining cleanliness both indoors and outdoors, and verifying guests’ legal drinking age as required. This role requires a minimum of six months of prior bartending experience, TIPS certification, and basic math and reading skills. Candidates must be 21 years or older and able to work flexible hours. Maintaining current health cards or work permits per local regulations is also mandatory.
