The Membership Concierge role at Life Time is central to delivering a world-class member experience. As the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, the Membership Concierge embodies the Life Time spirit by exemplifying a hospitality mindset focused on exceptional service and member engagement. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building lasting relationships and thrive in dynamic environments where problem-solving, communication, and personalized service are key. The role requires an understanding of our club’s programming, events, pricing, and policies to effectively guide members and guests through their interactions with Life Time. Compensation for this hourly position starts at $15.50 and can increase up to $18.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
