The Member Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the member experience at Invited clubs. This position involves coordinating and managing the event calendar, handling registrations, and assisting with the setup and execution of various club events. Beyond event coordination, the role requires managing social media channels to promote events and foster engagement, helping to maintain a vibrant and connected club community. Reporting to the Member Experience Director, Manager, or General Manager, this role supports all members' experience functions including new member onboarding, programming, communications, and retention efforts. The position demands strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and proficiency in communication across multiple platforms including phone, text, and social media. The role also requires adaptability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to standard duties, the Member Experience Coordinator collaborates with department heads, updates club marketing materials, and plays an active role in community and member committees. Essential competencies include excellent listing skills to understand and respond to member needs, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a welcoming phone demeanor. The role involves some physical activity such as standing and walking for extended periods and requires compliance with safety standards. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Effective communication skills with sufficient visual acuity, including talking and hearing
- Availability to work additional hours including weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to follow company, club, and department policies and procedures
- Commitment to professionalism and excellence
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and management
- Must maintain any required certifications relevant to the role
