The role involves direct interaction with customers, offering a warm and professional greeting while sharing knowledge about our delightful offerings. Team members will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, preparing and serving beverages using an espresso machine, and operating the cash register to process payments accurately. Maintaining the inviting atmosphere of the bakery by replenishing bakery items and displays and keeping the front-of-house area clean is essential.
