The role available is for a Front Desk staff member, an essential position that supports the smooth operation of the clinic's administrative and patient management processes. This is a direct hire, full-time position with consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a rotating schedule where Fridays off at noon are granted after the first 90 days of employment. The Front Desk professional will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays, updating patient demographics in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and processing incoming referrals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
