The role of Front Desk Coordinator at Integrated Dermatology is a vital position within their clinical operations, serving as the initial point of contact for patients and a key liaison between patients, providers, and the administrative team. This full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to a patient-centered environment through efficient management of daily administrative tasks. The starting pay rate for this role is $18 per hour, emphasizing the company's commitment to rewarding dedication and professional development.
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient check-in and check-out processes, handling co-payments and deductible collections, and balancing accounts at the end of each day. Additionally, they will schedule patient appointments, make reminder calls, verify insurance coverage, follow up on referrals, and manage various clerical duties such as email and fax communications. The role demands a high level of organizational skills as well as multitasking abilities to ensure a seamless patient experience and smooth clinic operations.
Candidates for this role should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, along with proficiency in computer and typing skills.
