This full-time role requires the candidate to be physically capable, as it involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking extensively during shifts of up to 12 hours, and occasionally pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching. Flexibility with work shifts – including nights, weekends, and holidays – is essential, and limited travel up to 25% of the time may be required.
Critical responsibilities for this role include supporting drone operations by handling and organizing equipment such as batteries, monitoring local airspace for hazards, assisting with warehouse tasks like inventory management, and ensuring safety compliance through adherence to standard procedures. The role also involves interacting positively with community members and responding to basic inquiries about the drone delivery operations. Documentation and reporting duties are part of the daily workflow, helping maintain accurate operational records.
