The Director, Global Dining Experience (Cardholder Services) role is a strategic and high-impact position within Mastercard's Consumer Products & Processing division. This department focuses on delivering best-in-class benefits to cardholders, combining deep product expertise with strategic partnership management to enhance customer experiences. The Director will lead the development, optimization, and delivery of Mastercard's dining benefits portfolio, including the innovative Mastercard Collection dining offerings. They will craft the global dining strategy, manage key dining partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless collaboration across product, services, and operational teams. The candidate's responsibility also extends to maintaining competitive market positioning, ensuring pricing consistency, and differentiating Mastercard in the dining vertical.
Working in this role means you will shape how Mastercard delivers unique dining experiences that add value to its card products and drive revenue growth. You will be the primary contact for strategic dining partners, overseeing performance metrics and managing contract renewals or expansions. Your role requires strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with global, matrixed teams. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary typically ranging from $170,000 to $284,000 depending on location and experience, with eligibility for bonuses or commissions.
