OnTrac is currently seeking to hire two Seasonal Fleet Traffic Control Specialists in Ontario. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity and compliance of the company's fleet department. The role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a passion for supporting others through effective communication and organization. Employment is seasonal with a compensation rate of $22.50 per hour. Shifts are scheduled Sunday through Thursday with hours from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am or from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, though shift times may vary depending on business needs. The Seasonal Fleet Traffic Control Specialists will contribute to OnTrac's success by managing fleet maintenance records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, the specialists will handle telephone communications, data entry, and maintain thorough fleet files. They are expected to promote a safe workplace by adhering to company safety policies and consistently following up on maintenance issues with facility personnel. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with vendors and corporate staff professionally. The person in this role will provide invaluable support to the fleet department while ensuring smooth and compliant operations. Applicants should have at least two years of administrative or clerical experience, with fleet experience preferred, and a minimum of a high school diploma. Candidates must be capable of handling confidential information and possess proficiency in Windows applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong numerical skills, including the ability to perform basic arithmetic and enter data efficiently, are essential. The ability to solve problems, provide excellent customer service, and effectively respond to inquiries is a must.
