The Marketing Coordinator role at CEE is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to an organization making significant strides in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and working within the dynamic Business Development and Strategic Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s marketing efforts across multiple programs. The position requires supporting a variety of marketing campaigns and event activities that spread across the organization, ensuring smooth operations with creative and strategic execution. The Marketing Coordinator will act as a key collaborator with various marketing leads to execute campaigns, facilitate dashboard reporting, and manage essential day-to-day tasks that keep marketing projects on track.
In addition, this position holds the responsibility of overseeing external event tracking, ensuring alignment and visibility across different teams within the organization. This role supports crucial marketing functions such as assisting with program-level campaigns including email workflows, website updates, material orders and inventory management, the coordination of newsletter creation, and the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries.
The Marketing Coordinator is also tasked with coordinating logistics for conferences and events working closely with leadership, including the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Marketing and the Senior Marketing Manager. This includes managing the corporate event calendar, coordinating external conference logistics such as abstract submission, registration, booth arrangements, invoicing, and serving as the liaison for event organizers, partners, and vendors. The role further includes tracking memberships, vendor lists, payments, and event outcomes to ensure the marketing team’s activities are impactful and efficient.
This hybrid position requires the candidate to spend three days per week in the Minneapolis office, encouraging a balance between in-person collaboration and flexible remote work. Compensation for the role is competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications, with an hourly wage range from $24.50 to $28.25.
