The role of Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator at Moana Nursery is a dynamic and multifaceted position crucial to enhancing the visual branding and digital footprint of the company. This position primarily focuses on graphic design and sign production for all store signage, ensuring adherence to the company’s Signage Standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of visually compelling marketing materials that support both in-store and online campaigns. A key responsibility is the development and execution of a comprehensive social media content strategy, including managing campaigns, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and community outreach initiatives. This role requires the production, editing, and packaging of unique photo and video assets that help tell the brand's story through engaging and original media. In addition to creative production, the role assists with logistical aspects such as sign printing, tag creation, and electronic file organization, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow. The Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator also contributes to webpage editing and creation, ensuring that digital content aligns with brand standards and engages target audiences effectively. The position involves active management of multiple social media accounts through daily updates, interaction with followers, and content scheduling, aiming to enhance community engagement and online reputation.
