This role involves working in person with prospective and/or current owners at the company’s resorts to inspire and motivate guests to explore vacation ownership options through sales presentations. The Marketing Associate acts as a professional brand ambassador, promoting Wyndham Destinations and engaging guests from check-in through the sales process. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying guests, scheduling presentations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and performance goals. The position offers an hourly wage starting at $18.50 during training, moving to the state minimum wage plus commission thereafter, with a target annual compensation of $75,000 and potential earnings exceeding $118,000 for high performers. The job does not require travel beyond the home site's area and includes comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities.
