The Safety Manager will be responsible for enforcing all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during the construction of new data centers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety standards as well as client-specific policies. This job entails a leadership position where one must develop and manage site-specific safety plans, conduct regular site inspections and safety orientations, and function as the primary contact for incident responses and investigations. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including construction managers, project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain high safety standards across all site operations. Additionally, the Safety Manager will play a vital role in supporting environmental compliance and the implementation of fire and life safety protocols for critical infrastructure. • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of safety management experience on large-scale construction projects
• working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926, NFPA, and ANSI standards
• relevant safety certifications such as CHST, CSP, or OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
• ability to work in high-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
