You will be responsible for butchering, trimming, and preparing proteins including chicken, fish, and shellfish to ensure quality and consistency. Additionally, you will estimate food requirements by reading menus and requisitioning items from storage efficiently. Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers will be part of your daily duties.
