The role requires excellent communication to effectively interact with team members and customers, handle conflict resolution, and conduct regular meetings to reinforce operational standards. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared for the physical demands of the position, such as standing for long periods and handling heavy items. This position requires a Manager Food Handler Certification and demonstrates the restaurant’s commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of operation.
