Reporting directly to the Regional Director, Americas, the Manager leads the comprehensive planning, strategy, and execution of all corporate meetings and events across multiple geographical locations. This full-time position demands not only expert-level knowledge of event management but also exceptional abilities in vendor relations, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be entrusted with overseeing the entire event lifecycle from conceptual design and logistics to on-site management and post-event analysis. \n\nIn this capacity, the manager will be responsible for aligning event operations with the organization's brand and objectives, ensuring that each event not only meets but exceeds expectations. This includes steering budget planning to guarantee fiscal responsibility, managing compliance with legal and safety standards, and innovating to continuously improve service delivery and event quality. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and deliver creative solutions across diverse teams and multiple time zones. The Manager will also serve as a vital liaison among internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and attendees, fostering strong relationships that underpin successful event outcomes.\n\nGiven the international scope of this role, candidates must be flexible to work non-traditional hours and commit to regular domestic and international travel, which can comprise 15 to 25 percent of the work schedule.   • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years proven Corporate Event Planner experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and budget oversight
  • Experience with membership organizations or professional associations strongly preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and be eligible to travel domestically and internationally
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including overtime and weekend work
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, carry up to 25lbs, and drive a motor vehicle
  • Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects in a virtual, global team environment
