The professional in this role will be engaged in a variety of tasks including heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, and general repairs, all performed with attention to quality and safety standards. Starting pay for this role is $21 per hour with potential earnings up to $5.21 additional per hour through incentives, reflecting the value Goldmark places on experience and performance. • High school degree, GED, or equivalent
• One to two years of related experience or training preferred
• Business needs and/or state, local, and federal laws may require specific certifications or licensure
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record for past 3 years
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Demonstrated proficiency and quality of advanced maintenance skills
